YULA COMFORT

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Yula Comfort, is a women empowerment expert with over 30 years working with women from diverse background. She  works to uphold the sexual and reproductive health rights of women and girls through support to education and promoting their involvement in political decision-making that impacts their livelihoods.

CHOH HILDA MBERK .

PROGRAMS MANAGER

Choh Hilda Mberk was born and raised in Bamenda the Northwest Region of Cameroon. She is an agronomist/consultant  with 3  years of experience.  She has been privileged to partner  with  agricultural cooperatives who support  the notion of advancing structural agricultural reforms.  Her quest is to empower rural farmers in improving their livelihood through the adoption of structural agricultural transformation and joining forces with agricultural leaders in shaping a world where  sustainable farming is no longer an idea but a reality.

Choh Hilda  is also a Gender in Humanitarian Action fellow dedicated to promoting and coordinating programs that allocate active participation of women and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), within sexual reproductive health decision-making.

MARIE  SOLACE NGWE.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

Marie Solace Ngwe was born in Bamenda and obtained both her BSc. Degree in Gender, Migration, and Refugee Studies and Masters in Peace, Conflict and International Relations from the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa. She has 6 years of experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health, community services and leadership.  She has worked with marginalized populations, providing care, education, and advocacy for women’s rights. Her expertise includes Reproductive Rights, HIV prevention, and community engagement. She is committed to creating inclusive and accessible healthcare environments, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their bodies and lives.

WEMBA VANESSA GAIEH.

FINANCE OFFICER

Wemba Vanessa has a BSc. in Accounting and Finance with over 4 years of working experience with nongovernmental organizations. She has a very strong feminist ideology and as such, her personal and professional mission is to leverage her financial acumen and social work expertise to help non-profit organizations achieve their goals while prioritizing social responsibility and women economic  empowerment .

NGOUANGNIA MARTAH ISABEL.

BOARD PRESIDENT

Ngouangnia Martah Isabel is the Co-Founder and President of Women Agri Investment Hub.

She is an experienced and organized accountant with 12+ years of experience providing accurate corporate accounting services, including analyzing reports, creating profit and loss statements and using data visualization skills. She help companies create realistic budgets and analyze spending to ensure cost savings. She proficient in fiscal laws and procedures governing business operations, tax filings and regulatory compliance. Born into a farming oriented family, she developed passion for agriculture and co-founded WAIH so as to make positive impact on agro business operations.

LACKO PASCALINE.

BOARD SECRETARY

Lacko Pascaline is a women rights activist and leader in the fight for gender equality and inclusive societies.  She is an Accountant  and social entrepreneur by profession.  She is a dedicated advocate for women’s sexual reproductive health and rights.  She brings a strong foundation in women empowerment to her activism.

MARTHA NANGE JANG.

BOARD TREASURER

Martha Nange is a Holder of a BSc in Women and Gender Studies, an accomplished and dedicated individual who brings a diverse background and valuable perspectives to the table. From her upbringing in a polygamous family in Cameroon to her entrepreneurial journey and pursuit for the fight against gender inequality, Martha’s life experiences have created space where young people are equal partners in leadership, policy, and decision-making processes. She believe in creating access for women in decision making spaces.
